Privacy Policy

Netform d.o.o., Turopoljska 43, 10410 Velika Gorica, Croatia (info@wltpconsumption.com) is the controller for personal data processed on wltpconsumption.com. This policy explains what we process, why, and your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Last updated: 6 September 2026.

What we process and why

Visiting the Site. Our servers record the requested page, the time, your IP address, browser type and the referring page in access logs, so that we can operate the Site securely and diagnose problems (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are deleted after 30 days.

Cookies and local storage. The Site stores your language choice, your light or dark theme preference and, if you log in, a session token, in your browser. These are necessary for the Site to work as you configured it (Art. 6(1)(f)). We do not use advertising or analytics cookies and do not sell or share browsing data.

Account. When you register we store your email address, name and a hashed password, and the comparisons and settings you save, to provide the account (contract, Art. 6(1)(b)). Your data is kept until you delete the account.

Premium payments. Payments are handled by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Dublin, Ireland. Stripe receives your payment details and processes them under its own privacy policy; we receive a confirmation, the last digits of the card and invoices, which we keep for as long as tax law requires (legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c)). Stripe may transfer data to its affiliates in the United States under the EU standard contractual clauses.

Email. We use your address to send account and payment messages, and only if you ask for it, product news. You can unsubscribe from product news at any time.

Compare tool. The mileage, prices and cars you enter are stored in your browser and, if you save a comparison while logged in, in your account. They are not used for any other purpose.

Recipients

Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. Stripe processes payments as described above. We do not pass data to anyone else unless the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing, a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@wltpconsumption.com. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; in Croatia this is the Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb, azop.hr, and you may also contact the authority of your own country.

Children

The Site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
